Policies

Booking Policy
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are applied toward your treatment total and cannot be transferred to another date or person.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit is received.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Pop-Up Locations

  • 72-hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit.

Local Appointments

  • 24 hour notice required (subject to change).

  • Late cancellations or same day cancellations will result in deposit loss.

No Shows

  • No shows automatically lose their deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • Repeat no shows are subject to client termination.

No Refund Policy

  • Absolutely no refunds on treatments, deposits, or services.

  • Results vary per individual; aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed.

  • By booking, you agree to this policy.

Touch-Up Policy
  • Touch-ups are only offered at the 2 week mark. Touch-ups requested outside the 2-week window may require a full appointment.

  • Filler touch-up fee: $100.

  • Botox/Dysport: Up to 2 units complimentary if adjustment is genuinely needed; additional units charged at regular price.

  • Touch-ups are meant for refinement—not added volume.

Discount Policy
  • Prices are fixed.

  • Clients who repeatedly ask for discounts may be declined future bookings.

Client Conduct & Termination Policy

Clients may be respectfully terminated for:

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

  • Speaking negatively about my work yet continuing to book.

  • Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Unrealistic expectations or failure to follow aftercare.

  • Constant attempts to negotiate pricing.

Late Arrival Policy
  • 10+ minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

  • Deposit will not be refunded for late arrivals.

Medical Safety Policy
  • Accurate medical history is required.

  • Refusal to disclose information may result in refusal of service.

Photography & Consent
  • Before/after photos part of medical documentation.

  • Marketing usage only with client consent.
